Refund and Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

At Mini Mighties, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for any reason at this time, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • The customer ordered an incorrect item
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Duplicate purchases

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure you have selected the correct items.

No Exceptions Policy

We maintain a strict no returns, no refunds policy without exception. This policy applies to all products sold on www.minimighties.com, regardless of the reason for the return request.

Defective or Damaged Items

While we do not accept returns under normal circumstances, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping due to no fault of your own, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@minimighties.com.

To report a defective or damaged item, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the defect or damage
  • Photographs showing the defect or damage
  • Pictures of the packaging if damage occurred during shipping

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit. This exception applies only to manufacturing defects or shipping damage, not to subjective quality concerns or buyer preferences.

Incorrect Items Shipped

If we ship you an incorrect item due to our error, please don’t hesitate to contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@minimighties.com. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item at our expense and ship you the correct item or provide store credit, as per your preference.

Non-Receipt of Order

If you do not receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please don’t hesitate to contact us at sales@minimighties.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us immediately at sales@minimighties.com. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and our no refunds policy applies.

Promotional Items and Sale Items

Items purchased with promotional codes, during sales, or at discounted prices are subject to the same no returns, no refunds policy.
