Mini Mighties is committed to delivering your books promptly and safely. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery times, and essential information about your order.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
- All Canadian provinces and territories
International shipping is not currently available.
Delivery Times
Canada
Orders shipped to Canadian addresses typically arrive within 2-5 business days from the date of shipment.
Important Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including the shipping carrier, destination, and weather conditions.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Holiday Shipping
Christmas Delivery Guarantee
To guarantee delivery before Christmas Day, all orders must be placed by December 12. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before Christmas.
During peak holiday seasons, we recommend placing your order early to account for increased shipping volumes and potential carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Carrier
We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your books arrive safely. The specific carrier will be determined based on your location and will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. Mini Mighties is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an inaccurate or incomplete address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at sales@minimighties.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all packaging materials if your shipment arrives damaged, as they may be needed for insurance claims.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Changes to Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please get in touch with us immediately at sales@minimighties.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
